Information we process
Tool inputs are sent to our server when needed to produce a result. We do not create account activity logs or saved result history.
Login and signup are no longer available. Information from previously created accounts may remain in our records; contact us to request access or deletion.
If you send a contact message, we store your name, email address, and message so we can respond.
We process technical request details, such as IP address and browser information, to serve pages and protect the service.
Tools that run in your browser
Some tools process files or text locally in your browser. Their inputs are not uploaded when you use those browser-only tools. Each tool page explains when processing happens locally.
Cookies and local storage
We use session cookies for security checks and form protection. These are always on because the site needs them.
If you choose Accept in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to measure which pages and tools are used, and your browser remembers your theme. Google Analytics sets _ga cookies and receives your IP address, browser details and the pages you visit. If you choose Reject, no analytics cookies are set and Google Analytics only receives basic signals without cookies or identifiers.
You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. We do not use advertising cookies.
AI writing tools
Text you submit to an AI tool, such as the paraphrasing tool, summarizer, grammar checker or translator, is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI (Cloudflare, Inc.) for processing, together with the options you choose. Cloudflare runs the AI model that creates the result and does not use this content to train models. GigaTools keeps no history linked to you; to avoid repeating identical requests, a result may be cached on our server for up to 24 hours. To enforce the daily limit of free AI uses we count requests per IP address for 24 hours. Do not submit personal or confidential information to AI tools.
Third-party services
Some tools send the value you provide to an external service to return a result. The tool page should identify relevant external processing. Only the data needed for the requested lookup is sent.
Your choices and retention
All public tools are available without an account. You may request access to or deletion of previously stored account data through the contact page. You can clear locally stored preferences in your browser settings. Contact records and previously collected data are retained only as needed to operate the service or meet applicable obligations.
Security, children, and changes
We take reasonable measures to protect the service, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. GigaTools is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Material policy changes will be reflected on this page.
