How do I use Emojis Remover?

Which characters are removed?
Characters that Unicode marks as emoji pictographs, plus the invisible parts of emoji sequences: zero-width joiners, the emoji variation selector, keycap marks, skin-tone modifiers, flag letters and tag characters. ©, ® and ™ are removed only when written in emoji style.
Does it remove symbols that are not emojis?
No. Plain symbols such as ✓, ★ or → are not emoji and stay in the text. Symbols that also exist as emoji, such as ☎ or ✔, are removed.
Can any emoji be left behind?
Rarely. Emoji added to Unicode after the server’s character tables may not be recognised, and the digit of a keycap emoji such as 1️⃣ stays as plain text. Spaces around a removed emoji are kept, so you may see double spaces.
Where is my text processed?
The text is submitted to the GigaTools server, cleaned there and sent back. It is not passed to any other service, and the result page is marked private and not indexed.
