No. It extracts common address patterns only. It does not contact mail servers, verify delivery or establish permission to send email.
Common unquoted ASCII local parts and dotted ASCII domains. Unicode addresses, quoted local parts, domain literals and obfuscated addresses are not supported.
Exact duplicates are removed by default. The local part keeps its original case; domain names are normalized to lowercase. Case variants of the local part remain separate.
